Job responsibilities of quality inspectors
1. Complete the inspection task conscientiously.
2. The contents, steps and key points of the inspection instruction must be trained and approved by the engineer directly under the supervision.
3. The inspection area should be divided in advance to ensure that the qualified and non-qualified products are stored separately.
4. Carry out product inspection strictly in accordance with the inspection instructions and make good inspection records. Responsible for the quality of inspected products and the correctness of inspection records.
5. The inspector shall carefully examine the responsible products one by one, and shall not neglect them.
6. The product inspected shall be clearly marked.
7. Inspect defective and waste products, identify them in time, isolate them and report them to the authorities for disposal.
8. The product data after inspection should be summarized in a timely manner in order to cooperate with statistics.
9. Correct use and maintenance of measuring instruments, instruments and testing equipment.
10. The company provides training related to the above work.

Background and requirements
1. Secondary or tertiary education, science and engineering background is preferred
2. Graduates or experienced graduates are eligible.
3. Work attitude must be serious, hard-working, good acceptance, rural family background is preferred.

Wages and salaries
1. Pre-tax basic monthly salary: 1800-2200
2. Monthly meal supplement: 200
3. Special incentive hourly wages: part of the monthly salary exceeding 100 hours, with bonus for working hours
4. If overtime is required on weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays, the worker shall take a rest or pay in full according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
5. During the period of no task, with the approval of the company, employees can be on standby at home. The company pays basic salary normally and enters the project immediately when there is a project.
6. Transportation fee: For business trip or need to travel by means of transportation, the company shall arrange the means of transportation or reimburse the transportation fee after approval.
7. Employees who have worked for less than 10 years for one year are entitled to five days annual leave; those who have completed 10 years and less than 20 years are entitled to 10 days annual leave; those who have completed 20 years are entitled to 15 days annual leave. Employees who have taken cumulative leave of absence or sick leave or have no project on standby for more than 20 days are not allowed to take annual leave separately.
